Ongoing Events

  • Art classes hosted by Ventana’s very own Art Specialist - Jenny Bishop - so parents can have the opportunity to explore their creative side, learn more about the Reggio approach to art, and connect with others.

  • This is a casual time to chat with other parents who are new to the Ventana Community, as well as with our Head of School, Director of Elementary and Director of Early Childhood Education. There is no agenda or presentation, but you are welcome to join us and ask any questions you may have.

  • Ventana School has invited various experts to come and speak to us about critical topics in child development. We strongly encourage at least one parent per household to attend our Parent Education sessions!

  • A weekly gathering of the entire Elementary School - and, separately, Preschool - where we cultivate curiosity, resilience, and wonder. Through singing and yoga, stories and art invitations, mindfulness practices and cultural celebrations, we explore the Ventana Values at the heart of our school.

  • Every first Friday of the month (with the exception of a few), parents are invited to visit their child(ren)’s classrooms to view the beautiful learning that has been taking place since school began.
